BlueCorps is a new service provided by Instructional Support Services. BlueCorps is here to help you with your technology needs. There are three main services that we provide for students: walk-ins, workshops, and appointments. So… What is it we can help you with?

Whether you want to learn how to use Adobe Photoshop or Microsoft word, BlueCorps is here to coach you to proficiency! While the BlueCorps service is aimed at assisting LSA students and faculty with core computing skills, we will definitely do our best to find someone who can help you if you find yourself needing something that we can’t provide.

BlueCorps supplements existing support groups by providing course-specific on-site and in-class support during the most critical –and often the most challenging—points of a project, including initial pilot, student course evaluation, and improvement cycles. A BlueCorps Advisor may be used in conjunction with any other grant funding or project

 

Additionally, BlueCorps Advisors can assist LSA faculty with:

  • Using Canvas/CTools more effectively

  • Touch Monitors/pens

  • How to use presentation software

  • Basic video editing

  • Recording presentations or lectures Advanced Videocast Studio

  • Online Office Hours/Hangouts

Walk-Ins:

One-on-one assistance is available Monday-Friday from 10 AM to 4 PM. Walk-in and get help at either of our two locations:
